Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • You received a damaged or defective item

  • The item delivered is wrong compared to your order

  • The size received is different from what you selected

Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items bought during clearance sales

  • Innerwear, socks, or hygiene-sensitive items

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide order number, images/video of the issue

  3. Wait for approval
    Once approved, we will arrange pickup from your location.

Refund Options

Refunds may be issued in:

  • Original payment method

Refund credited takes 5–7 working days after quality check of returned items.

Replacements

Replacement/Exchange order will be delivered with in 7 to 10 Days.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. You may request a return after receiving the product.
